Things have been a little hectic around here lately.  Scott has been working a LOT of overtime lately.  Evie and I took a trip to Panama City a couple of weeks ago to go to my great aunt's 90th birthday party.  We had a great time and met relatives that we had not met before!

As for the pregnancy, it is going very well.  I am now 29 1/2 weeks, which means only 10 1/2 weeks left to go!  I had the gestational diabetes test during week 28 and didn't hear back from the doctor, so I assume everything turned out well.  This little boy is a lot more active than Evie was.  He definitely lets me know if he is uncomfortable.  He is also staying down very low and likes to put pressure on my bladder.    It is getting hard for me to find a comfortable position at night to sleep in.  Of course when I finally get comfortable, he decides that HE is not comfortable and lets me know.

As for Evie, she is growing and changing every day!  She is talking a lot and will repeat anything and everything you say!  She has started trying to sing (see the videos).  She can tell you her name "Evie Inez Davis" and can count to 20.  She can now even spell "Evie."  She has been a little under the weather this past week with a yucky nose and cough.  Add to that the fact that she is teething again, and you now know that it has been a tough week for us.  We did take her to her first Georgia Bulldogs game this past Saturday.  She had fun (see the pictures and videos).  Our church has started the AWANA program on Wednesday nights and they went ahead and put her in the Puggles class (it is for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 year olds).  She is loving it and can tell me what they learned each time I pick her up!

I guess I better close for now.  I'll try to do a better job of keeping this site more up to date.
